How a Collision Insurance Claim Works

1. Report the accident to your insurance company and get a claim number.
2. Bring the vehicle to AutoMax for a free estimate, or send photos first if it is not drivable.
3. We send the estimate and photos to your adjuster and discuss the scope of repair.
4. If hidden damage turns up, we submit a supplement for approval before continuing.
5. We complete the repair, calibrate any affected sensors and return the vehicle to you.

Can I get an estimate before filing a claim?
